Our Castle Rock Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is a deliciously full wine loaded with nuance and flavor. It is a deep garnet in color, and has aromas of blackberries, cherry and cassis. On the palate it has supple tannins and flavors of ripe plum and dark fruit finishing with a hint of cedar. It makes an excellent accompaniment to beef, lamb, venison, and most cheeses.
