"Tasting Notes: The summer, unusually cool, has extended considerably the vine lifecycle, which could ripe much more gradually and harmoniously, in order to favor a better maturation of the tannins, especially those coming from the grape-stones. The result is a much softer and rounder wine, very powerful, with the richest varietal expressions. Winemaker's Notes: Intense and deep red color with garnet nuances. Complex on the nose, with balsamic hints, reminiscent of jam, tobacco and a gentle note of leather. The structure is full and round, characterized by its sweet tannins, which give a great dimension, length and a long aftertaste on the palate. Excellent potential to a medium-long aging in the bottle."
