Maison Marcel Hearts Rose 2021 750ml

Crafted in a small cooperative in the northwest of Provence, where rose wines are traditionally vinified dry, our signature product is one-of-a-kind. Made from a family recipe, it delivers a crisp and well-balanced off-dry taste profile. Not too sweet not too dry, just right! Tasting notes: Notes of scrumptious, ripe peach are followed by subtle aromas of lychee and elderflower. Grapes: Grenache, Merlot, Black Muscat, White Muscat - Notes from the winemaker: Each varietal is vinified separately. The grenache is mutated before the end of fermentation by centrifugation which allows us not to augment the sulfite level and to bring out a wine that has the same characteristics as a dry wine, and as natural as possible. We only use direct press juice.
