Crafting an exceptional taste profile took time and patience. After the long process of blending and tasting an ample assortment of mash bills, we are proudly presenting to the world a bourbon that will captivate palates with its harmonious balance of complex flavors. To be classified as bourbon, the mixture of the fermented grains in the mash bill must be at least 51% corn; we have 65% corn in our mash bill, which adds richness and fullness. In addition, we dialed up the rye to 22%, which gives our bourbon a high-rye content, delivering an extra helping of spice notes and adding more depth. Brother’s Bond is the result of the artful blending of three distinctive mash bills to create our four-grain straight bourbon whiskey. Each grain plays a part in making our bourbon exceptional. The corn adds sweetness and fruit notes. The rye adds spice and floral notes. The wheat adds bready softness to the texture. The barley rounds out the flavors with its nutty and caramel notes.
