"This “unrested Tequila” (some blancos do spend short periods in oak barrels) has a bold, fresh tomato and herb scent. The silky, almost viscous palate starts with a minty punch, plus honey and jalapeño sizzle midpalate, and finishes herbaceous, grassy and light, with just a touch of black pepper heat as it drifts off the tongue."
