"The second Rosso coming from Banfi, the 2020 Rosso Di Montalcino takes on more depth and complexity, with a more polished feel of ripe cherry, Mediterranean herbs, and pine. Ripe throughout, with the structure to boot, this is an impressive Rosso and really has a lot of character as a baby Brunello. It is rosy, medium-bodied, and ripe with cherry fruit and dusty tannins. It is a solid wine to drink over the next 5 years." |
