Distilled using the same premium grains found in Buffalo Trace's other straight rye whiskeys, this kosher spirit has been meticulously aged in barrels specifically designated for this purpose. To meet Passover requirements, these barrels were ceremoniously transferred to a non-Jewish executive under the watchful eye of a cRc representative. Following a seven-year maturation period, this Straight Rye Whiskey is bottled at a robust 94 proof. The bottling process is executed with utmost care, ensuring no contact with non-kosher spirits.
