The 17th installment of the Parker’s Heritage Collection showcases a 10-year-old Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey thoughtfully distilled from 142 handpicked barrels. This particular release adheres to our traditional rye mashbill, featuring 51% rye, 35% corn, and 14% malted barley. Barreled in the months of August, October, or December in 2012, this remarkable whiskey underwent aging at various locations within our Rickhouses, including Rickhouse H1, H2, FF, BB, and DD, adding distinctive character to its profile. To preserve its authenticity, this whiskey was bottled without undergoing chill filtration. Notably, it is the second Rye offering in the collection and stands as the longest-aged Rye Whiskey within the esteemed Heaven Hill Distillery portfolio, making it a truly exceptional addition to this prestigious series
