Age Verification

In compliance with New York State law, the sale and delivery of alcoholic beverages are restricted to individuals 21 years of age or older. Customers must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of pickup or delivery to verify age. Individuals under 21 are prohibited from purchasing or attempting to purchase alcohol.

Uber Direct Delivery

Delivery Hours:

  • Monday – Saturday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

  • Sunday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
    Please place your order at least 30 minutes before your desired delivery time.

Delivery Requirements:

  • A two-hour delivery window must be specified when placing an order.

  • The recipient must be present to accept the delivery.

  • First-time customers must present both a valid photo ID and the original form of payment used for the order.

Delivery Policies:

  • Cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Delivery fees are non-refundable.

  • If redelivery is required, additional charges will apply.

UPS will attempt delivery up to three times. If the package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, a 10% restocking fee will be applied in addition to the original shipping charge. Any reshipment will incur a new shipping fee.
