Soonhari Apple Soju 375ml

Soonhari is the flavored soju line from Lotte Chilsung Beverage in South Korea, part of the Lotte Group. It launched in Korea in March 2015 and has been sold in the US since then. Lotte Beverage America imports it, and Spirit of Gallo has expanded its US distribution since January 2024.

The ingredient list names water, alcohol distilled from grain and tapioca, citric acid, apple flavors, apple juice and artificial sweeteners. The brand states it is gluten-free. Like every Soonhari flavor, it's 12% alcohol in a 375ml glass bottle.

The brand describes it as crisp and clean with honeysuckle notes, slightly sweet and smooth, with a creamy finish that hints at pear.

Against Soonhari Yogurt Soju, Apple is the crisper, fruit-juice option sweetened without corn syrup; for a light, clean fruit soju, choose Apple.

The brand suggests drinking it chilled straight from the bottle, over ice, or in a cocktail, and pairing it with pork belly. Gallo adds that it works with juice, soda or bar mixers.
