Colonel E.H. Taylor Single Barrel is a bottled-in-bond bourbon from the Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky, drawn from one barrel at a time and bottled at 50% (100 proof).

It is named after Colonel Edmund Haynes Taylor Jr., who built warehouses at the distillery in the 1800s and fought for the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897. Barrels for this bottling come from warehouses he built. It is silky for 100 proof, with bold vanilla and toffee, caramel and a mouthwatering baking spice finish.
