Jefferson's Very Small Batch is the original bourbon from Jefferson's, the Kentucky brand founded by Trey Zoeller and his father Chet in 1997. It blends Jefferson's base bourbon with three other straight bourbons, each with its own mash bill and age, and is bottled at 41.15% (82.3 proof).

Blending small lots this way keeps the style steady from batch to batch. It is light and easy, with brown sugar, a hint of citrus, vanilla, honey and soft oak, and a short, clean finish. The low proof makes it one of the gentler bourbons we sell.
