Maestro Dobel Diamante Cristalino Tequila

Maestro Dobel Diamante is a 100% agave cristalino tequila from the Tequila Valley of Jalisco, Mexico, bottled at 40% alcohol. We carry it in 200ml and 750ml sizes.

Juan Domingo Beckmann, of the Jose Cuervo family, created Maestro Dobel in 2008 and calls Diamante the world's first cristalino. It blends extra añejo, añejo and reposado tequilas aged in new European white oak from the Balkans, then filters them twice to remove the color. It is made under NOM 1122, imported by Proximo Spirits and certified kosher.

Dobel describes mild oak, vanilla, cinnamon and almond, then caramel, honey, maple, citrus and prickly pear, with a crisp, clean finish. VinePair's Tim McKirdy calls it spicy and vibrant for a cristalino.
