New Amsterdam Peach Vodka

New Amsterdam Peach is made by New Amsterdam Spirits in Modesto, California, part of E. & J. Gallo. The base vodka is distilled five times and filtered three times, then flavored with peach and notes of orange and vanilla.

It is juicy and sweet, with ripe peach, a little citrus and a soft vanilla finish.

The brand's serve is Peach & Soda: one and a half ounces with soda water over ice. It also works with iced tea and lemon, or in a Bellini-style drink topped with sparkling wine.
