Parker's Heritage Collection 10 Year Cask Strength Rye Whiskey 17th Edition 2023 128.8 Proof 750ml

The Parker's Heritage Collection is Heaven Hill's annual tribute to the late master distiller Parker Beam, and the 17th edition, released in 2023, was a 10-year-old rye at cask strength: 128.8 proof, not chill filtered.

It uses Heaven Hill's traditional rye mash bill of 51% rye, 35% corn and 14% malted barley, the legal minimum of rye, which is why people call it a bourbon drinker's rye. The barrels were filled in 2012 and aged on several floors of five Heaven Hill rickhouses. Part of the proceeds go to the ALS Association; the series has raised more than $1.2 million since 2013.
