Annually, as a cherished tradition within the Parker's Heritage Collection, we meticulously select a unique whiskey release dedicated to the memory of our esteemed late Master Distiller, Parker Beam. This exclusive series encompasses a remarkable range of American Whiskeys, including Bourbon, Rye, Wheat Whiskeys, and more, all exemplifying the pinnacle of American whiskey craftsmanship and serving as a worthy tribute to Parker Beam's exceptional expertise.
The 17th installment of the Parker’s Heritage Collection showcases a 10-year-old Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey thoughtfully distilled from 142 handpicked barrels. This particular release adheres to our traditional rye mashbill, featuring 51% rye, 35% corn, and 14% malted barley. Barreled in the months of August, October, or December in 2012, this remarkable whiskey underwent aging at various locations within our Rickhouses, including Rickhouse H1, H2, FF, BB, and DD, adding distinctive character to its profile. To preserve its authenticity, this whiskey was bottled without undergoing chill filtration. Notably, it is the second Rye offering in the collection and stands as the longest-aged Rye Whiskey within the esteemed Heaven Hill Distillery portfolio, making it a truly exceptional addition to this prestigious series
