Van Gogh Double Espresso Vodka

Van Gogh Double Espresso is a 35%, or 70 proof, coffee vodka from Van Gogh, a Dutch brand launched in 2000. The brand says it is made with natural ingredients, and its US importer is Conecuh Brands.

It is rich and roasty, with coffee beans, whipped cream, toffee and a hint of cacao.

The producer suggests an Espresso Martini or a Double Dutch Russian, with cream over ice. The Beverage Testing Institute suggests a splash of cream liqueur after dinner.

Keep it in the freezer for the richest Espresso Martini, and shake hard for a good foam. It also pairs well with vanilla ice cream poured over the top.
