Veuve Clicquot Rich Rose Champagne 750ml

Rich Rosé is Veuve Clicquot's Champagne for ice and cocktails. It is sweet, a doux at 55 grams per liter against 8 for the house Brut Rosé, and it was developed with bartenders.

The blend is 50% Pinot Noir, 30% Meunier and 20% Chardonnay, with 15% red wine from a parcel in Bouzy for color, up to 45% reserve wines, and at least three years of ageing. Veuve relaunched it in the US in 2024.

Veuve describes strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant with exotic fruit and a cool peppermint note, plus violet candy and mild spice.

If you want a dry rosé, that's the Veuve Clicquot Brut Rosé; poolside or in a spritz, Rich Rosé is the right bottle.

Serve it very cold, at no more than 4°C: fill the glass halfway with ice and add a slice of grapefruit or cucumber. The house pairs it with smoked fish, yakitori and lightly spicy food.
