This edition blends three distinct bourbons—a 14-year rye bourbon, a 10-year wheated bourbon, and a 7-year rye bourbon—and finishes part of it in Añejo tequila barrels to add depth and complexity. It’s designed to be rich but approachable, delivering layered flavor without overwhelming heat.
Aromas of warm vanilla, black pepper, and oak build into richer scents of cherry and citrus. On the palate, expect sweet caramel and spice tempered by dark chocolate and oak notes. The finish carries velvet-like textures, lingering with black cherry and decadent dark chocolate.
Full bodied and bold proof, yet balanced through thoughtful finishing. The tequila barrel influence adds subtle nuance rather than overpowering the bourbon’s core flavors. Complex, with sweet, spicy, and oak tones all playing a part.
