Elijah Craig Small Batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Elijah Craig Small Batch is made by Heaven Hill in Kentucky and bottled at 47% (94 proof). It is named after the Reverend Elijah Craig, an 18th-century Kentucky preacher whom bourbon lore credits with first ageing whiskey in charred oak barrels.

It is blended from barrels aged roughly eight to twelve years. It is rich and warming, with caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, baking spice and a long finish.

For a full-flavoured bourbon at an everyday price, Elijah Craig is our pick. For a lighter, cheaper bourbon from the same distillery, choose Evan Williams Black Label; for a much older bottle, see Elijah Craig 18 Year.

Sip it on the rocks, or use it in an Old Fashioned, where its spice and oak come through.

We carry it in the 1-litre size. More bottles are under bourbon, and the rest of our whiskey is a click away. Pick it up at our Brooklyn store or get same-day delivery across NYC.
