"This single malt Scotch finished in ex-Cognac casks opens with bold vanilla and citrus aromas and a relatively dry, spicy palate. Cinnamon and allspice open the first sips. Adding water brings more oak forward, along with drying hints of chamomile and cigar wrapper. The brisk, warming finish unfurls campfire smoke, dark chocolate and a tinge of coconut."
