Casa Sauza was founded in 1873 at La Perseverancia distillery (NOM 1102), now owned by Suntory Global Spirits. To mark 150 years, it released this blend of extra añejos aged four to ten years in American white oak. It was named Best in Class Extra Añejo at the 2024 Latin American World Spirits Competition.
Expect deep oak, dark chocolate, caramel and dried fruit, balanced by smooth agave and a long finish.
With some tequila up to ten years old, it is one of the oldest blends we carry, from one of tequila's founding distilleries.
