It is made by Paul Mas from 55% Grenache Blanc, 25% Grenache Gris and 20% Macabeu. The grapes are picked at night and given six to eight days on their skins at controlled temperatures, which gives the wine its orange color and gentle texture.
Expect a soft orange color with copper tints, citrus, peach, white flowers and candied fruit on the nose, then tangerine, spice and a creamy mid-palate with crisp acidity and a juicy finish. James Suckling gives it 90 points.
