123 Organic Diablito is a USDA and EU certified organic, 100% agave extra añejo tequila from Amatitán in Jalisco, Mexico, bottled at 40% alcohol in a 750ml bottle.
David Ravandi, co-founder of Casa Noble, launched 123 in 2010 and first made Diablito for himself to drink with cigars, releasing it in 2014. It is made under NOM 1480 from estate agave cooked in brick ovens and distilled twice, then aged 40 months in new French Limousin oak. Only about 2,500 bottles are made a year, in hand-blown recycled glass.
Expect deep vanilla and black pepper, a creamy body and a citrus-tart finish. Agave Matchmaker members rate it 89.
