A crisp and refreshing dry Rosé with enticing aromas and flavors of fresh strawberry, watermelon and white peach. Black Box Rose is built around Syrah and its flavor profile and is made using the traditional saignee method. In this process, the grapes are crushed and the juice stays in contact with the dark red skins for a short time, allowing a small amount of red color to come through. The purpose of allowing the skin contact is not only to impart the beautiful rose color, but also to provide tannins and red fruit flavors, which enhance the wine's body and give it more structure.
