Bodegas Tinedo JA! Tempranillo 2024 is a dry, organic red wine from Castilla-La Mancha in central Spain, bottled at 13.5% alcohol in a 3-liter box, the same as four standard bottles.

JA! (pronounced “hah!”) is made from 100% estate-grown, certified organic Tempranillo. Tinedo calls it its “one-winter” wine: it is fermented with natural yeast in stainless steel, goes through malolactic fermentation and rests four to five months in tank, with no oak.

Expect violet and fresh cherry on the nose, then a juicy, balanced palate with red fruit, licorice and spice, light tannins and a fresh finish.

A 3L box stays fresh for weeks after opening, so it is great value for parties or a glass at a time.
