You will get a free delivery if you're order is $100 pre-tax and you live in Staten Island, and the following neighborhoods below: 

Castleton Corners, Eltingville, Emerson Hill, Grasmere, Great Kills, Grymes Hill, Heartland Village, Richmondtown, Rosebank, St. George, Stapleton, Todt Hill, Tottenville, Ward Hill, and Westerleigh.

Orders are sent via UPS or FedEx. We only offer Ground Delivery. Transport costs will probably be calculated at checkout. You'll receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed supporting your scheduled shipping date, and then a subsequent e-mail with your tracking number with which you may track your order. Please note: UPS and FedEx orders don't ship out on Sunday or Saturday. 

During times of extreme heat or cold, we'll gladly hold your purchases until we can ensure safer travel. Should you opt to have your order sent during such extreme weather, Astor cannot assume responsibility for the condition of your wines upon delivery. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Defective products may be returned for exchange of product(s) of equal value upon presentation of the following: sales receipt, first bottle (with wine to be evaluated ) and cork. Customers can also return the item at their discretion

MISSED DELIVERIES

For truck and messenger deliveries, if no one is available when delivery is attempted, to receive the package, your order could be subject to a $20 charge for re-delivery.
