FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER $150 (PRE TAX)

Free delivery is offered by the Liquor Store on orders that exceed $150 pretax only to Queens on Saturdays and Wednesdays.
Orders placed before 12 midday on Friday or Tuesday will normally be delivered the following day, barring seasonal peaks in inclement weather and delivery quantity. Once your order was processed supporting your scheduled delivery date, you'll get a verification e-mail.

OUTSIDE NEW YORK STATE

Orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS. We only offer Earth Delivery. Transport prices will be calculated at checkout. You'll receive a verification e-mail once your order was processed with which you may track your order, verifying your scheduled shipment date, and then a following email with your tracking number. Please note: FedEx and UPS orders do not ship out on Sunday or Saturday. 

Until we can ensure safer journey during times of excessive heat or cold, we'll gladly hold your purchases. Astor cannot assume responsibility for the condition of your wines upon delivery, if you choose to have your order sent during such extreme weather. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Defective goods may be returned for exchange of product(s) of equivalent value upon presentation of the following: sales receipt, first bottle (with wine to be assessed ) and cork. Customers may also return the thing at their discretion

MISSED DELIVERIES

For truck and messenger deliveries, if no one is available when delivery is attempted to get the bundle, your order could be subject to a $20 cost for redelivery.
