Appleton Estate Signature Blend Rum

Appleton Estate Signature is a blend of pot and column still rums from the estate in Jamaica's Nassau Valley, with an average age of four years and no age statement on the bottle. The producer says it has no added flavors and is made with Jamaican limestone-filtered water.

It is soft and lighter in style, with banana, papaya, orange peel and a little spice, plus a hint of the funk Jamaican rum is known for.

The producer features it in a Jamaican Daiquiri, shaken with fresh lime and sugar. It is also very good with ginger beer and lime, or in a rum punch with pineapple.
