Cazcanes No. 7 Blanco Tequila 750ml

Cazcanes No. 7 Blanco is a certified organic, 100% blue Weber agave tequila from Amatitán in the Tequila Valley of Jalisco, Mexico, bottled at 40% alcohol in a 750ml bottle.

Cazcanes was founded in 2015 and makes its tequila at Tequilera Tap (NOM 1614). Mature organic agave is cooked for 24 hours in a low-pressure autoclave, crushed in a four-pass roller mill, fermented in stainless steel with a proprietary yeast and Navichi spring water, and distilled twice in stainless pots with copper coils. It is aerated and rested one to three months in steel.

Cazcanes describes guava, grapefruit, baking spice and black pepper with a long, crisp finish. Cazcanes says the tequila is certified additive-free, organic and kosher.
