Garrison Brothers Guadalupe is a Texas straight bourbon from Garrison Brothers Distillery in Hye, Texas. It is aged four years in charred American white oak, then finished for about two more years in tawny port casks from Portugal, and bottled at 53.5% (107 proof).

The port finish makes it creamy and sweet, with dried cherry, plum, chocolate and caramel over the distillery's rich Texas bourbon. Garrison Brothers calls it a dessert bourbon, and it is good after dinner. A new edition is released each year.
