Garrison Brothers Balmorhea is a Texas straight bourbon from Garrison Brothers Distillery in Hye, Texas. It is aged four years in new American white oak, then moved to a second new oak barrel for about another year, and bottled at 57.5% (115 proof).

The second barrel and the Texas heat give a big, sweet bourbon, often described as bourbon candy: dark caramel, toffee, vanilla, chocolate and baking spice, with a long, warm finish. It began as an experiment in 2017 and joined the core range in 2018, with a limited release each year.
