Master of Mixes Sweetened Lime Juice is made by American Beverage Marketers of New Albany, Indiana, the same company behind Finest Call. It is clarified lime juice with sweetener, in a 375ml bottle.

Sweetened lime juice is the traditional base for a Gimlet and adds a sweet-tart lime note without cutting and squeezing fresh fruit.

For a Gimlet, stir about one part lime juice with three parts gin or vodka and serve very cold. It also works in a Margarita, a Kamikaze or a lime rickey.
