Monkey 47 Schwarzwald Dry Gin

Monkey 47 is made in Germany's Black Forest with 47 botanicals and bottled at 47%. Lingonberries are its signature ingredient, alongside a long list of herbs and spices, all on a molasses-based spirit. Black Forest Distillers is owned by Pernod Ricard.

It is dense and complex, with tart red berries, cardamom and citrus first and juniper building late. A little goes a long way.
