Four Roses is made in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky, from two mash bills and five yeast strains, which gives the distillery ten different bourbon recipes to blend or bottle on their own. Four Roses Bourbon (the yellow label) is light and fruity, Small Batch is richer, and Single Barrel 100 proof is bold and spicy. We also carry Private Selection barrel strength bottles and the yearly Limited Edition Small Batch when we can get them.
Tip: the four letters on a Private Selection label (like OESO or OESF) tell you the recipe, so you can compare barrels side by side. Limited editions change through the year.
