Four Roses Single Barrel is made from just one of the distillery's ten recipes, known as OBSV: the high-rye mash bill with Four Roses' delicate fruit yeast. It is bottled at 50% (100 proof) in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky, with each bottle drawn from a single barrel.

It is spicy and full, with ripe plum, cherry, cocoa, caramel and a long, peppery finish. Because every barrel is a little different, no two bottles taste exactly alike.
