Duckhorn Vineyards North Coast Sauvignon Blanc 2025 is a dry white wine from California's North Coast, made from 87% Sauvignon Blanc and 13% Sémillon and bottled at 14.1% alcohol in a 750ml bottle with a screw cap.
Duckhorn was founded in Napa Valley in 1976 and has made Sauvignon Blanc since 1982, so the 2025 wears a special label for the winery's 50th anniversary. The grapes come from Duckhorn's own estates and selected North Coast vineyards. The wine is fermented and aged in a mix of stainless steel and French oak, then rests five months on its lees, which adds texture without hiding the fruit. The Sémillon gives it extra depth.
It shows grapefruit, lime, pineapple, guava and white flowers, with a round, silky palate and bright, mouthwatering acidity.
If you like crisp Sauvignon Blanc but want a little more body, this is a great middle ground.
Serve it chilled with oysters, ceviche, goat cheese salads or grilled fish tacos.
