Midleton Very Rare Irish Whiskey 2023 700ml

Midleton Very Rare has been released once a year since 1984, and every bottle is signed by the master distiller and individually numbered. This is the 2023 edition, blended by master distiller Kevin O'Gorman from pot still and grain whiskeys picked from Midleton's stocks.

Each vintage is a little different, but the house style holds: honey, vanilla and dried fruit on the nose, a silky palate of toffee, green apple and pear, then cinnamon, nutmeg and a little dark chocolate, with a long, gently spiced finish. It's bottled at 40%.
