True Preserve Vacuum Pump Stopper Set

The True Preserve set pairs a hand pump of stainless steel and food-safe plastic with two bottle stoppers, so you can save two open bottles.

Fit a stopper into the bottle neck, set the pump on top and pump 10 or more times to pull the air out. Less air in the bottle means slower oxidation, so the wine keeps its flavor longer. Take the stopper out to pour as normal.

A pump suits still wine; for sparkling, pick the Champagne Stopper, which holds the bubbles in with a clamp.
