Smoke Wagon Uncut Unfiltered is the barrel-strength bottling from Nevada H&C Distilling in Las Vegas, blended from bourbons distilled in Indiana and bottled without dilution or filtering. This batch is 57.36% (114.7 proof).

Part of the blend is a younger, high-rye bourbon, which gives spice on the finish. The nose shows oak, hazelnut, coffee and dark chocolate; the palate is sweet and thick, with shortbread and black tea, then white pepper. Proof changes a little from batch to batch.
