Torada Triple Sec 1L

Torada is the triple sec for volume: a liter of clear orange liqueur at 15%, priced for mixing Margaritas by the pitcher rather than by the glass. It is sweet and simple, built to sit behind the base spirit and fresh lime rather than to be sipped.

Orange peel and sugar are the whole story, which is exactly what a party batch needs. At this strength it adds sweetness and orange without pushing up the alcohol in a big jug.

For a single Margarita you want to taste, spend more on Cointreau or Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao. For punch, a round of Long Islands or Cosmopolitans for a crowd, Torada does the job.

Start with about an ounce per drink and adjust with fresh lime. For a Cosmopolitan, pair it with citrus vodka and cranberry.
