Willett Pot Still Wheated 8 Year Bourbon 750ml

Willett Wheated 8 Year is the first wheated bourbon from Willett Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky. Released in 2022, it was aged at least eight years in No. 4 char American oak and bottled at 54% (108 proof).

It uses Willett's own wheated mash bill, entered the barrel at 115 proof and is not chill filtered. The wheat makes it soft and sweet, with honey, caramel, baked bread and vanilla over oak and gentle spice.
