Angel's Envy Cask Strength is the annual limited release from Angel's Envy in Louisville, Kentucky. It takes the distillery's bourbon, finishes it in port wine barrels, and bottles it uncut.

The port finish brings red fruit to concentrated caramel, maple, toasted oak, vanilla and leather. At full strength it is fiery, with plenty of spice; a little water softens the texture and lets a hint of chocolate come through. Each year's release is made in limited numbers and the proof varies.
