The Balvenie 14 Year Caribbean Cask spends fourteen years in traditional oak casks before a finish in casks that held Caribbean rum. It is bottled at 43%.

It follows Balvenie's well-received 17 Year Rum Cask of 2008. The rum casks add layers of dried apricot, honey and toffee over the house honeyed malt and a faint hint of smoke, with a warming finish of vanilla and tropical fruit.
