Bomberger's Declaration 2026 is a limited Legacy Series release from Michter's, released in April 2026 and bottled at 54% (108 proof). It is finished with Chinquapin oak and Hungarian oak, both air-dried for three years before a custom toast and char.

The name comes from Michter's history: John Shenk founded a distillery in Pennsylvania in 1753, which became Bomberger's in the 1800s and later Michter's. The bourbon is rich and spicy, with toasted oak, caramel, dark fruit and baking spice.
