Domaine de la Sanglière is in Bormes-les-Mimosas, in the Var, and Juliette is bottled at the domaine. The estate's other cuvées, Spéciale and Signature, are Côtes de Provence, but Juliette carries the broader IGP Méditerranée, formerly Vin de Pays de Méditerranée, the name Wine Spectator used for it.
It's a Grenache-led rosé, bottled at 12.5% alcohol.
It's pale and dry, with white peach, citrus and raspberry fruit and a smooth, silky finish.
Against Mirabeau Forever Summer Rosé 2025, Juliette comes from a single Bormes-les-Mimosas domaine; for an estate-bottled pink at a similar price, choose Juliette.
Serve it chilled with grilled food, spicy dishes and seafood. It also works on its own as an aperitif on a warm afternoon, or with a plate of olives, tapenade and charcuterie before dinner.
