Maison Mirabeau was founded in 2010 by Stephen and Jeany Cronk, and its winemaker is Nathalie Longefay. In February 2026 the house announced that Viña Concha y Toro is taking a majority stake, subject to regulatory approval, with Stephen Cronk staying on as CEO.
Forever Summer sits in the house's Mirabeau range, not its Mirabeau en Provence line, and is labeled IGP Méditerranée, not Côtes de Provence. The grapes are night-harvested, gently direct-pressed and fermented at controlled temperatures. The producer's latest spec sheet, for the 2024, lists a blend led by Merlot, Marselan and Caladoc, with Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache and a share of white grapes, and under 1 g/l of residual sugar. It's 12.5% alcohol.
The producer describes pale salmon-pink color, raspberry, redcurrant, sweet almond and white pear, and a round, juicy palate with a fresh finish.
Against Hampton Water, Forever Summer is lighter in alcohol and costs less; for an easy weeknight pink under $15, choose Forever Summer.
The producer suggests shrimp cocktail or pesto linguine with burrata. Serve it chilled.
