D'Usse VSOP Cognac

D'Ussé is made at the Château de Cognac, a 15th-century castle on the Charente river, by Bacardi, with Jay-Z as a partner in the brand. It launched in New York in 2012. The VSOP is bottled at 40%, and every eau-de-vie in it has aged at least four years in French oak.

The style is rich and sweet: roasted chestnut, milk chocolate, dried figs and baking spice.
