Rémy Martin XO was launched in 1981 and is a Fine Champagne cognac, blended from Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne eaux-de-vie that are all at least 10 years old. It is bottled at 40%.

It is rich and fruity: dried plum, raisin, candied orange and ripe oak, with coffee, tobacco and a long, dry finish.
