Heaven Hill 7 Year Bottled in Bond is a Kentucky straight bourbon from Heaven Hill in Bardstown, aged seven years and bottled at 50% (100 proof) under the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897.

It was launched in 2019 as a tribute to the original Heaven Hill Bottled-in-Bond, first released in 1939, which became the best-selling bourbon in Kentucky. Bonded means it comes from one distilling season at one distillery and is aged at least four years in a bonded warehouse. It is citrusy and spicy at first; a little water brings out vanilla, caramel and a hint of mocha.
