Knob Creek 21 Year was released in October 2025 and is the oldest whiskey ever bottled by the James B. Beam Distilling Co. in Clermont, Kentucky. Like the rest of Knob Creek, it is bottled at 50% (100 proof).

Twenty-one years in charred oak bring seasoned wood, caramelised sugar and a touch of smoke, then deep caramel and char with fruit and toasted oak, and a long finish of toffee and charred wood.
